Tasting notes:
Pale straw in colour, with a refined mousse, it has surprisingly floral aromas, initially more reminiscent of a Rhône white than a Champagne, with chamomile, lemon and wildflowers, followed by apricot and a touch of vanilla and biscuit. The palate is juicy and lush, with a touch of grip at the end, a vigorous wine with fine acidity and great liveliness. (Siobhan Turner MW)
