Tasting notes:
This wine presents a creamy nose with delicate hints of butter, complemented by subtle aromas of peach, melon, and a touch of toast. On the palate, it is bone dry with a chalky freshness that underpins a core of buttery richness and creamy breadth. Flavours of pink grapefruit, lime, and ripe red apple emerge, alongside a touch of pear and inviting notes of brioche and golden pastry, enhanced by a hint of almond. The fine mousse and medium body contribute to a harmonious integration of fruit and autolytic complexity.
