Tasting notes:
Pale straw in colour, the nose has a lovely autolytic character with touches of raspberry and bright citrus, with hints of honey and toasty brioche. Open and expressive on the palate, it has ripe fruit, crisp lemony acidity and a lovely juiciness with a long and attractive finish. Surprisingly un-austere for a zero dosage, this really was delicious. (Siobhan Turner MW)
