Tasting notes:
Vibrant cranberries and blueberries on the nose of this wine, with candied cherries, a touch of prune, and some lovely floral notes. A hint of coconut cream suggests its American origins. The tannins are fine and silky, and the palate has lingering notes of chocolate, prune and roasted coffee. The alcohol is noticeably high, but the wine has the depth to hold it. (Siobhan Turner MW)
