Tasting notes:

From a very cool north-facing slope in the South Kelowna Slopes with granite bedrock and fine silt topsoil comes this refined Pinot Noir. Quite deep ruby-coloured, the wine has griotte and strawberry fruit underpinned with gently toasty oak. Quite rich and intense, dark berry  fruit and milk chocolate come through on the palate, supported by lively acidity and linen-textured tannins. Beautifully balanced and lengthy, this is wine to savour with Beef Wellington. [Patricia Stefanowicz MW]
