this rosé is ripe and rich on the nose, showing inviting aromas of strawberry syrup and raspberry coulis. The palate is dry and structured, with gripping tannins and flavours of cherry and plum complemented by touches of jam. The finish is fresh, mineral-driven, with subtle wet stone nuances and a slightly rustic edge. Medium-bodied, clean, and powerful, it is versatile and food-friendly, showing elegance and interest.
