Tasting notes:

A very complex nose, yet at thesame time open and expressive,offering plenty of aromatic redberry fruit, garrigue herbs, blackolives, hazelnuts, allspice and ahint of cinnamon and cloves. Thepalate is round and rich, with everyelement of it beautifully integrated. Itscore is ripe and juicy, with the vanilla andoak spice coming through, so will benefitfrom some time in bottle yet, but even inits infancy this is long, powerful and yetelegant. A delicious wine from thisorganic producer, made in tiny quantities.Drink with slow-roast lamb seasonedwith garlic, cumin and rosemary, or saveit for summer and drink with a barbecuedsteak.
