Tasting notes:

This wine was created to commemorate the founding of this exemplary cooperativein 1957, and is a shining star to all the fine winegrowers whosupply the grapes to this winery. The grapes are selected from the bestproduction of the rolling Asolo hills. Pale lemon-green in hue with persistentbubbles, the wine shows green fruits and white peach with herbal, tomatoleaf and acacia blossom accents. Brut-style (14.8g/l residual sugar), thepalate is medium-weight with the flavours balanced by brisk acidity and alinen-textured mousse, followed by a long finish. An absolute delight to pairwith pad Thai or a midday Chinese dim-sum. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
