Freemark Abbey Masterclass – 22nd July

Join us for an exclusive masterclass exploring the legacy and wines of Freemark Abbey, one of Napa Valley’s most historic wineries, presented by Kristy Melton, Freemark Abbey’s Head Winemaker, alongside Patrick Schmitt MW.

Founded in 1886 and recognised as the 16th bonded winery in Napa Valley, Freemark Abbey has played a defining role in shaping the region’s winemaking reputation, including earning international acclaim at the legendary 1976 Judgment of Paris. With a commitment to classically structured wines and exceptional vineyard sourcing from renowned sites such as Bosché and Sycamore Vineyards on the Rutherford Bench, Freemark Abbey continues to produce wines that reflect both heritage and innovation.

This special tasting will feature a retrospective selection of vintages from the winery’s remarkable library programme, one of the most extensive in the United States, alongside current releases, offering a rare opportunity to explore the ageability, elegance, and enduring quality of Freemark Abbey wines.
