Vranken-Pommery to sell Heidsieck & Co monopole to Lanson-BCC Subsidiary
Vranken-Pommery Monopole has entered exclusive talks to sell Champagne house Heidsieck & Co Monopole to Lanson-BCC subsidiary Maison Burtin, with the deal expected to complete on 1 October 2025 pending board approval.

Vranken-Pommery Monopole has begun exclusive negotiations with Lanson-BCC, acting through its subsidiary Maison Burtin, to sell the shares of Heidsieck & Co Monopole, the owner of the eponymous Champagne brand.
The agreement excludes all other assets. Subject to approval by the Boards of Directors of both companies, the deal is due to be signed on 1 October 2025.

Vranken-Pommery manages 2,600 hectares of land across Champagne, Provence, Camargue, and the Douro. The company is involved in all aspects of its winemaking, from production to marketing, and a notable focus on sustainable practices.
