In celebration of the DFS Wine and Spirits retail store’s first anniversary at Terminal 3, Changi Airport and DFS will host a series of cocktail events with guest bartenders from some of Singapore’s best cocktail bars.

The DFS Cocktail festival organized in collaboration with Proof and Company – the group behind Asia’s leading 50th best bar, 28 HongKong Street – will offer travellers a choice of three complimentary cocktails that “embody the true spirit, flavors, culture and language of Singapore.”

Drinkers can choose from the Absolut vodka based Chop Chop Lah taking its name from Singapore’s famous chicken and rice dish, Shiok Date made from Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel and Kiasu Kaya, made with Ron Zacapa rum.

Guest bartenders from Singapore’s cocktail hotspots, 28 HongKong Street, Jigger & Pony, Manhattan, The Library and Smoke & Mirrors will be in attendance throughout and there will also be a Champagne cocktail party hosted by Veuve Cliquot to promote its mixing Champagne, Veuve Rich.

“The cocktail festival is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the very best of our local talent and pay homage to Singapore’s unique culture,” said Wilcy Wong, DFS Group’s managing director for Singapore and Indonesia.

“Travellers will be taken on a tantalizing journey through the diverse and rich flavors of Singapore and we are honored to be working with some of Asia’s top bars and together with Changi Airport Group, we look forward to welcoming travelers to enjoy the festival at our DFS Wines and Spirits Duplex at Terminal 3.”
