1. TOBY & CO. – THE GREEN ONE

New British soft drink brand Toby & Co. has launched its debut expression, The Green One, positioned as a functional, botanical alternative within the no-and-low space. Created by drinks specialist Tobias Gorn, the blend combines English garden botanicals with Alpine and Mediterranean herbs, alongside green tea extract, L-Theanine and a selection of nootropic ingredients. Designed to offer a subtly complex, tea-like profile with a herbal finish, it aims to support hydration and focus without added sugar or artificial sweeteners. 2. FUTURE CHÂTEAU 5% WINES

Future Château, founded by Tom Benn, has introduced a range of midstrength wines designed to offer the structure and flavour of full-strength styles at just 5% ABV. The launch spans a Syrah-Grenache red, a Sauvignon-Vermentino white and a sparkling wine made predominantly from Chardonnay and aged on the lees. Produced using traditional methods and “100% premium” grapes, the wines aim to provide a lower-alcohol option without overt sweetness or dilution, positioned for everyday drinking. 3. BOLLE GRAND RESERVE

Bolle has introduced Grand Reserve, described as the first non-alcoholic sparkling wine to undergo lees ageing. The Blanc de Blancs NV spends nine months sur lie following the company’s secondary fermentation process, aiming to deliver a brioche character and a fuller texture more typical of traditional-method sparkling wines. Made from Chardonnay and Silvaner grown in La Mancha, the wine is re-fermented after dealcoholisation, a technique Bolle uses to build structure and flavour without added sugar or flavourings. 4. ZENO ALCOHOL-LIBERATED WINES

Zeno has expanded its award-winning alcohol-liberated range, produced in partnership with an organic estate in central Spain and made using lowtemperature vacuum distillation to retain varietal character. The line-up includes still Viura, Rosé and Tempranillo-Cabernet, alongside two sparkling wines. The Sparkling Rosé NV, made from Macabeo and Garnacha, shows a rose-gold hue, and flavours of red berries, nectarine and citrus. 5. DOMAINE EDEM VERMOUTHS

Domaine EdeM has launched two non-alcoholic sparkling aperitifs developed with the Catena Institute of Wine, designed to offer depth and texture through grape must, early verjus and botanicals. Blonde is a Chardonnay-based aperitif infused with eucalyptus, orange peel and cocoa husk, while Brunette (0.4% ABV) blends Chardonnay must and verjus with pennyroyal, camomile, artemisia and Argentine herbs.

6. WEDNESDAY’S DOMAINE

Wednesday’s Domaine has expanded its alcohol-free wine range to sixexpressions, all at 0.0% ABV and vegan, using wine-based formulations enhanced with natural flavours. The line-up includes still whites Piquant and Éclat, two reds – Vignette and Sanguine – a rosé, Elan, and sparkling-style Cuvée. Each aims to offer greater varietal character and texture than typical dealcoholised wines, with styles ranging from citrus-led, aromatic whites to richer red blends with spice and forest floor notes. 7. SAICHO SPARKLING TEA

Saicho has released a seasonal Osmanthus Sparkling Tea, a cold-brewed oolong scented with fresh osmanthus blossoms. Sourced from 800m
elevation in Xianyou County, the Tie Guan Yin base tea is layered with flowers over two days before undergoing 24-hour cold infusion and gentle carbonation. The result shows notes of apricot, mountain cucumber and custard apple, with fine bubbles and a clean, floral finish. Intended as a premium non-alcoholic pairing option, it is available as a 750ml gift-boxed bottle and in 200ml mini formats via the brand and selected retailers. RRP: HK$250 (750ml). 8. KAZIMO MIXERS

Kazimo Mixers has launched a bartender-developed range of canned cocktail bases designed to deliver bar-standard serves at home. The 150ml mixers were created by Marcis Dzelzainis (Idyll Drinks) and Andy Sweerts, originally for use in high-volume festival bars, and aim to simplify cocktailmaking while retaining balanced flavour. The line-up includes Passion Fruit, Rhubarb, Spicy Watermelon and Yuzu, each designed to pair with a chosen spirit to create cocktail serves such as a Paloma, Margarita or Spritz.

9. FRANKLIN & SONS GINGER BEER

Franklin & Sons has added its Brewed Ginger Beer to the brand’s growing canned soft drinks range, joining Dandelion & Burdock, Elderflower Lemonade and Raspberry Lemonade. The 250ml format aims to meet rising demand for portable and more sustainable packaging. The recipe mirrors the glass-bottled version, using root ginger, malted barley and lemon juice to deliver a spicy profile with a light citrus lift. The addition of malted barley provides extra depth, positioning the drink for both solo consumption and

10. CHANCE CLEAN CIDER

Chance has launched what it calls the UK’s first dedicated non-alcoholic cider, made from 100% British apples and produced by Aston Manor Cider Makers in Worcestershire. The drink begins as an 8.2% ABV cider before being carefully reduced to 0.5% ABV, retaining a profile of crisp apple, citrus and pineapple notes, with light woody complexity. The brand aims to address the limited choice of alcohol-free cider in the on-trade, where availability remains low despite growing consumer interest.
