The Drinks Business Green Awards 2022: the winners

We are delighted to reveal the worthy winners of this year’s Green Awards, following a packed ceremony at The Ivy on Tuesday.

This week saw the ‘greenest’ companies in the drinks trade recognised at a ceremony which covered a host of sustainable categories, from water and soil management to eco packaging and community mindedness.

Our annual awards – still the only set of green-specific gongs in the industry – celebrate those brands and individuals that do so much more than simply pay lip service to sustainability. Instead, our 2022 winners have showed extraordinary commitment and creativity this year in putting the green agenda at the heart of their businesses, extending it to every possible corner and crevice.

From swapping diesel for vegetable oil in delivery trucks and drastically reducing the weight of bottles to protecting mountain life and feeding local communities, this year’s winners stood out amid tough competition. We hope you’ll enjoy reading about them in our full report on the recipients, which you can find in the January issue of The Drinks Business and online.

The Drinks Business would also like to extend a warm thank you to our brilliant sponsors of this year’s Green Awards; Pol Roger, Amorim, VinLog and Ty Nant.

Ample liquid refreshment was provided for ceremony attendees by Codorníu, Château Galoupet and Emiliana Organic Vineyards.

And now, onto the winners!
