In whisky business, on Friday Forbes whisky writer, tastings host and World Whisky Awards judge Felipe Schrieberg, will host a live Scotch tasting.
Conducted via Zoom, Schrieberg talks guests through the basics of spirits appreciation in a virtual tasting room where you can interact with the host and fellow participants during a Q&A.

On Friday (29 May), Brewdog’s virtual bar, the Open Arms, will open once again and welcome with a live gig you can enjoy at home.
Brewdog’s Punk O’Clock starts from 6pm, featuring a pub quiz and a live set from indie artists, Black Honey.

On Saturday (30 May), Clapham’s The Four Thieves, Laine Brew Co, and Heineken will host a charity virtual bingo event.

The Fèis Ìle music and malt festival on Islay was forced online this year due to lockdown.
Never ones to be defeated, distilleries have instead set up live-streamed events all week to entertain whisky fans. On Friday (29 May), Bunnahabhain will take a turn with a virtual Fèis at Home celebration.
The distillery will host an online tasting and panel discussion on its Facebook page this evening, and is also live-streaming idyllic shots from around its estate.
