While not strictly crafted for the Christmas period, it makes for a fine festive fizz, made from a blend of Grey Goose vodka, cucumber syrup, hibiscus kirsch and tonic, topped up with Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Champagne. It doesn’t come cheap however, at £50 a glass. For those with an even bigger wallet, why not push the boar out and try Dream – a mix of Grey Goose vodka, pineapple, white flower and Cristal Champagne – at £90 a glass.
