Johnnie Walker launches £3,000 Zodiac Collection
Drinks giant Diageo has launched three new collections at the Johnnie Walker House in Singapore including the £3,000 Zodiac Collection engraved with the 12 animals from the Chinese Zodiac.
The Zodiac Collection
Each limited-edition collection is only available at the Johnnie Walker House in Singapore. They contain Johnnie Walker Blue Label Scotch Whisky in specially designed bottles that celebrate the Lunar New Year.
The Keep Walking China bottle showcases Chinese ceramic artistry, and forms a painted scroll when four are displayed together. It is limited to 96 bottles.
The second set is the Fu Lu Shou collection, designed after the legacy of the three deities Fu, Lu and Shou. Limited to 15 sets, each three bottle collection is engraved with gold calligraphy reading: “Fortune, Prosperity, and Longevity”, which the three gods are believed to represent.
Costing over £3000, the Zodiac Collection of a dozen one-litre bottles is engraved with the 12 animals from the Chinese Zodiac. This exclusive set is limited to a run of just eight.
The Johnnie Walker House private suite offers access to Diageo’s treasury of rare Scotch on an invitation-only basis.
With 11 locations across the globe, the brand aims to immerse customers in the history of Johnnie Walker and Scotch whisky, serving as “an embassy for luxury Scotch whisky”.
