Veuve Clicquot launches HK campaign

The Champagne house will host travel-themed street parties throughout Hong Kong in August in homage to Madame Clicquot’s wish for her Champagne to be enjoyed “from New York to St Petersburg.”

Using the social media handle #ClicquotJourney, Veuve Clicquot will host two street parties on Sunday 21 August and Sunday 28 August in Bridges Street, Soho and High Street in Sai Ying Pun in conjunction with local restaurants who will pair various dishes with Clicquot’s Yellow Label brut.

Soho’s street party includes oysters from The Walrus and Oolaa’s brunch classics, whereas in Sai Ying Pun, Kaum at Potato Head offers Indonesian dishes, alongside breakfast favourites of High Street Grill and others from Ollies, Sup 1, Jaspa’s and Granville Island.

Tickets cost $488 for four dishes from any of the restaurants and four glasses of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label brut.

As part of the summer campaign, Veuve Clicquot will also introduce its ‘journey gift packs’ of the Clicquot arrow and Clicquot travel trunk in various wine retail stores across Hong Kong in September.
