Channing Tatum to launch vodka brand

Hollywood hunk Channing Tatum is to launch his potato-based vodka,  Born and Bred, at the Cannes Lions festival this week.

As reported by the New York Post, the vodka is made at the Grand Teton Distillery in Idaho using locally grown potatoes and glacial waters from the Grand Teton mountains.

The Magic Mike actor is keen to produce something “high quality” but “less formal” than other vodka brands on the market.

Born and Bred has yet to go on sale, but has been given trademark approval and has its own website.

Tatum is planning to market the product at international advertising festival Cannes Lions in Cannes later this week.

As part of the project the star has invested in the Grand Teton Distillery, which produced liquid for Born and Bred Vodka.

The distillery sources potatoes to create the vodka within a 25-mile radius.
