Dine at The Ritz Restaurant for The RHS Chelsea Flower Show


The Ritz London has created a special menu in honour of the Chelsea Flower Show which will be available between 20 May to 25. Executive chef John Williams’ menu will include dishes such as langoustine with broad beans (£26) or roasted sea scallops, bergamont and angelica (£24), fillet and breast of lamb, garlic purée, borage and lavender (£39), wild salmon with a citrus and borage gel and radish (£44) and chicken en vessie, morel cream, broad bean flowers and Champagne sauce (£84 – for two people). Desserts include raspberry and lychee soufflé with rose ice cream (£16) or chocolate and jasmine texture (£16).
