Tuborg joins digital revolution

The world of online networking has just seen another competitor entering the fray as Tuborg, the Carlsberg owned beer brand, launches its own site.  In keeping with the label’s already established presence in the music industry, offers its users information on bands currently touring the UK together with reviews by some of the country’s leading music journalists.

This move builds upon the company’s existing efforts to attract the fickle 18-25 year-old market. Tuborg has promoted its support for the music industry by sponsoring events such as the Roskilde festival in its native Denmark, as well as this year’s O2 Wireless festival and Hyde Park Calling. In addition to news and reviews of gigs, the company has collaborated with Live Nation to offer its users the chance to win tickets to music events at major cities around the world.
