La Gioiosa represents the tradition of the Moretti Polegato family, generations of whom have been making these \'Joyous and Amorous\' sparkling wines in the Veneto. And this example brings plenty of fun and excitement to small format. Pale peach in colour with a narrow cordon, the wine has dried cherry fruit and an overlay of crushed red roses and fresh bread. Off-dry (12g/l r.s.), the light-bodied palate is balanced by racy acidity and linen mousse texture with a hint of lemon zest on the finish.
