The nose is inviting, revealing delicate aromas of gooseberry and lychee, complemented by faint hints of apple and lemon. On the palate, it showcases a creamy mouthfeel with a light body and a linear structure, characterised by zesty acidity that adds vibrancy. While the flavours of apple, lemon, and kiwi are present, they lean towards the more subtle side, creating a somewhat restrained profile. Despite this, the wine offers a pleasing definition and a good length, with a lingering finish.
