Tasting notes:

 In 2006 Edenvale was founded on the belief that grapes can make good wines, even when the alcohol has been removed. And since then, verging on 20 years, they are proving a global success. This wine is a really good example of Sparkling Shiraz. Medium-deep ruby coloured with a fizzy aspect, the wine exhibits blackberry-blueberry and cranberry fruit with a typical black pepper accent, showing the varietal character. Medium in sweetness (47g/l r.s.), this easy-drinking, consumer-friendly wine has a nice balance of sweet-fruit flavour, tangy acidity and a touch of tannin adding grip across the palate. A really great drink for a pulled-pork sandwich or a \'Philadelphia cheese-steak\' in winter months, or for an ocean-front bar-be-cue when summer next arrives?  [Patricia Stefanowicz MW].
