Tasting notes:
From one of the earliest producers of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc comes this wine \'on the flip-side\', a lower alcohol version. Very pale lime-green in hue, the wine exudes green fruits and white peach with white pepper and celery accents. A hint of spritz on entry, the palate is light-bodied with brisk acidity and off-dry (14.5g/l r.s.) with an aromatic finish. Really lovely with Salade Chèvre Chaud. [Patricia Stefanowicz MW]
