Maison Saint Aix is located in the heart of Aix-en-Provence almost in the shadow of Mont Ste. Victoire. Renowned for Aix Rosé, this expression maintains the esprit of Maison Aix in a non-alcoholic version. Very, very pale rose-peach with noticeable sparkle, the wine shows delicate white cherry and white peach fruit with lemon and orange blossom notes and a hint of fresh bread autolysis. Medium in sweetness (40g/l r.s.), the light-bodied palate has brisk acidity and mouth-filling mousse in balance. Nicely defined and quite long. A very attractive wine that is a good foil for Japanese sushi and sashimi. [Patricia Stefanowicz MW].
