On the nose, it has an enticing bouquet of pomegranate, white cherry, and subtle yeast notes, complemented by a fragrant hint of primrose. The palate reveals an off-dry profile with a brittle mousse and light body, showcasing flavours of dried raspberry, redcurrant, and fresh strawberry. A delicate balance of sweetness and dryness is achieved, though the finish is somewhat short and marked by lower acidity, with a slight astringency that adds texture.
