Tasting notes:

Well-known for their wide range of wines, Weingut Graf Hardegge now produces two alcohol-free \'aromatised\' wines, and this is the one we judges were treated to! Medium yellow-gold in colour with a touch of sparkle and \'natural\' haze, the wine is medium-dry (19g/l r.s.) with plenty of grapey greenfruit character accented by camomile, tea-leaves, mint and lemon-lime leaves. Medium-bodied and quite smooth with moderate acidity and a hint of grass, this is an excellent choice for Chinese dim-sum. [Patricia Stefanowicz MW]
