The nose is strikingly aromatic, showcasing notes of ripe peach alongside cooked grape aromas and hints of confected strawberry. On the palate, it reveals a dry, zesty character marked by vibrant citrus and refreshing green apple flavours. While the wine is overall well-balanced and exhibits a lively, creamy fizz, it does exhibit a slight absence of mid-palate depth. Nonetheless, the finish is crisp and invigorating, leaving a lasting impression of freshness.
