The nose is inviting, showcasing a vibrant bouquet of tropical fruits, ripe apple, and pineapple, complemented by notes of melon and a hint of toasty autolysis. On the palate, it reveals a Brut style with a brittle mousse and a very crisp acidity that enhances its light body. The wine exhibits good concentration, delivering flavours of pineapple and ripe apple alongside subtle hints of cream and yellow plum.
