The nose is subtle yet inviting, revealing primary aromas of crisp apples and pears, complemented by a delicate hint of yeast. On the palate, it is off-dry with a light body and vibrant, lemony acidity. The texture is characterised by a brittle mousse, adding a pleasant effervescence. While the flavour profile leans towards a straightforward dry sparkling white, it exhibits decent structure and a medium finish, showcasing good quality.
