Tasting notes:

Jörg Geiger is one of the largestglobal producers of non-alcoholic drinks,including wines and this intriguing fruitcuvée. Quite deep gold with a widecordon and a few random bubbles, thedrink is slightly cidery with ripe apples,pears, yellow peach and green teaflavours. Fizzy across the palate withbrittle mousse texture, good freshness,and a little tannic grip. Quite sweet (59g/lr.s.) with lovely definition, interest andgood length, it would be a good pairingfor traditional fish-and-chips with mushypeas, or perhaps vegetarian bruschetta, ata pub lunch.
