Since 2003, Jörg Geiger has been crafting alcohol-free drinks from grapes, heritage fruits and over 200 herbs and spices. This is a proper sparkling wine! Pale yellow-gold in hue with streams of bubbles and a mid-width cordon, the wine shows white cherry, green pears and red apple with a yeasty overlay. Off-dry (20g/l r.s.), the mid-weight palate has racy acidity and a linen-textured mousse to support the flavours. Well-defined and with good length, this is a delicious aperitif to serve with Crab Louis. [Patricia Stefanowicz MW]
