The wine has intense aromas of smoky, mixed yellow fruits, including quince, apples, and plums. On the palate, it showcases a dry profile that is distinctly Spanish, characterised by fresh acidity and a textured mouthfeel. A hint of astringency adds a pleasing grip, contributing to the wine\'s layered and long finish. Notes of lanolin and waxy lemon are beautifully complemented by a delicate touch of oak spice, enhancing its refined character.
