Tasting notes:

Ripe white stone fruit core, with hints of nutmeg and mace, and surprising notes of citrus zest and mirabelle plum underneath a mineral, smoky nose. Very refined palate, with good intensity and great purity and freshness. The finish is long, with excellent depth and a lemony freshness.  (Siobhan Turner MW)
