Tasting notes:

Initially quite reduced, this opens out to an appealing and complex nose, with bright peach and nectarine fruit, with lemon zest, clove and mace underneath. The palate is dry with bright, high acidity, layered with lemon, peaches and cinnamon bark, with hints of hazelnut and cream. The finish is long and delicious, with a textural element.
