Tasting notes:
Named after the peak of the Sonsierra mountains, a summit called Palomares, this high-end crianza is a deliciously creamy, fruity and refreshing red combining the flesh of Tempranillo with the spice and bite of Graciano. There’s plenty of berry fruit, along with black cherry, then with creamy richness from barrel ageing, even a touch of chocolate, followed by notes of fresh plum and ripe orange to make you salivate.
