Tasting notes:
Mid-straw in colour with a touch of gold, the pronounced nose bursting with vanilla and coconut notes leads into a palate characterised by ripe tropical fruit and creamy oak flavours. Hints of pineapple, mango and baked apple are layered with subtle spice and toasted almond, giving the wine both richness and depth. A rounded, silky texture is balanced by fresh acidity, carrying the flavours through to a long, polished finish with lingering notes of vanilla pod and gentle oak sweetness. (Jonathan Pedley MW)
