The nose is initially marked by subtle reductive notes, with hints of smokiness and a touch of sulphur, which eventually give way to a more complex bouquet of lemon-lime zest, confit citrus, and white peach. On the palate, it reveals a clean and refreshing profile, exhibiting a delightful balance of off-dry sweetness and high acidity. The mid-light body is complemented by flavours of lemon zest, melon, and a hint of tropical pineapple, all underscored by a finely grippy texture.
