Tasting notes:
One of only two Rieslings made by Berhard Ott in the Wagram using biodynamic viticulture, the aptly-named \'Parapluiberg\' vineyard has umbrella-like views across the valley. The vineyard has limestone soil and creates a beautiful mineral style. Pale lemon-yellow, the bouquet exhibits apricot, orange blossom, honey and, perhaps, a touch of marmalade. Just off-dry, the palate flavours of orange, melon and lime are balanced by brisk acidity. Beautifully defined, the wine matches air-fried salmon fillets with a delicate orange sauce.
