Tasting notes:
The wine is a palish lemon colour. The nose is of mid intensity with an attractive mix of aromas: herbs, tree sap, stone fruits and green fruits. Youthful and vibrant. The palate is medium dry, with acidity in the mid-high range. Whilst the palate is mid-light bodied, there is no shortage of texture. As on the nose there are plenty of flavours to conjure with.
