On the nose, the wine has an enticing bouquet of dark cherry and black plum, complemented by an herbal lift of red capsicum and green olive, alongside subtle notes of milk chocolate. The palate is dry with bracing acidity and linen-like tannins, showcasing a mid-weight structure that is both warming and well-balanced, leading to good length. Initially exhibiting a touch of reduction, the wine opens up to reveal jammy nuances, with prominent cherry stone and mocha characteristics.
