Tasting notes:
A different, but equally intriguing, wine from Bodega Inurrieta. Very pale peach-pink in colour, the aromatics are white cherry and crushed yellow roses, nuanced with tangerine zest. Just dry and concentrated, the palate is light-bodied and elegant with racy acidity in support. The interesting note of white pepper on the finish is a true indicator of Garnacha Tinta and suggests pairing with roasted sea bass in a tarragon-white wine sauce would work. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
