Tasting notes:

From the tuffeau limstone and sandy clay soils of Anjou comes this delightful wine. Pale lemon-yellow in colour, the wine shows quince, yellow plums, cream and lemon custard. Dry in style, the light-bodied palate has lively acidity and a hint of butterscotch adding interest. A lovely wine and a good match for smoked salmon, orange and watercress salad.
