Tasting notes:
The lovely rose gold colour is reflected in aromas of crushed rose petals, red berries and ripe watermelon, with hints of some white peaches. The palate has crisp acidity with textural grip, with a true elegance. Very appealing, this wine is definitely one for food – roast pork, grilled chicken or red mullet wrapped in pancetta and sage and gently pan fried. (Siobhan Turner MW)
