Tasting notes:
Another delicious wine from the amphitheatre of Quoin Rock\'s Knorhoek Valley Wine Farm. Pale yellow-gold in hue, the wine is a little bolder with concentrated yellow fruits, butter and vanilla. Dry, but sweet-fruited and mid-weight, the palate is balanced by lively acidity and a custard cream biscuit accent. Richer than the 2023, so perhaps pairing with braised pork chops with pears, rosemary, garlic and lemon. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
