Tasting notes:

This incredible organic Cabernet Sauvignon from the heart of Chianti Classico is bursting with wonderful characters and textures, making it complex and complete. At its heart is plenty of ripe black fruit, from berries to currants, giving a sweet and fleshy core to the wine, allied to barrel-sourced flavours of toast and cigar box, then some dark chocolate too. Beyond this are notes of cherry stone and then firm, fine tannins, bringing a dry, mouthwatering edge to what is a rich red. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
