A pretty and deliciously fine rosé from long standing organic producer Château Léoube, this very pale, salmon-pink wine is loaded with flavours of white-fleshed peach and ripe cherry, complemented by notes of pepper, thyme, citrus zest and a touch of rock dust too. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
