Tasting notes:

This outstanding rosé employs old organic vineyards, including one featuring the rare native Provençal grape Tibouren, to yield a wine that’s pale and pretty, but also richly flavoured and complex, helped by a small amount of barrel influence too. There are layers of characters, from peach and pepper to pear and grapefruit, then bitter orange, allied to notes of toasted marshmallow, crushed almonds and some lemon zest too. A wonderfully refreshing yet creamy style of rosé. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
