Tasting notes:

Since the 1600s, the Forno family have been agriculturalists in Santo Stefano Belbo, where Cascina Forno is now the estate. In 1940, the family began producing Moscato. This Moscato d’Asti, frizzante, is very pale lime-green in colour with a mid-width cordon. The aromas are dominated by white peach and acacia honey with floral yellow rose notes. Sweet, the palate has delicate flavours echoing the nose and creamy mousse texture, balanced by bracing acidity and a lime-citrus nuance. Delicious with a lemon-curd cream puff or lemon slices.
