Tasting notes:
Grown on the clay soils of the Ugarteche vineyard and made by partner winemaker Alejandro Vigil of Bodega Aleanna, the wine has a pale lemon-yellow hue and starfruit with lemon-lime zests overlay. Dry, but fruit-forward, the palate is light-bodied and linear in style, showing brisk acidity, good intensity and notes of lemon and chalk. Persistent. A good choice for asparagus wrapped in prosciutto. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
